At Designer Bags (designerbagsonsale.com), we value every customer and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Any item returned within the 14-day return window will receive a full refund in the original form of payment.
  • All returned items must be in their original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and packaging included.
  • Items returned after the 14-day window or without original packaging will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the original shipping address.

  • Perishables
  • Personalized/Monogrammed Items

Processing Returns

  • Once received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
  • If items do not meet our standards, they will be returned to you and the refund will be denied.

Return Abuse

  • Designer Bags monitors return activity and reserves the right to limit returns if abuse is detected.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement. After that, cancellations are generally not accepted as orders are sent to suppliers.
  • If cancellation is requested after shipment preparation, return the item for a refund as per our return policy.
